so on 15 December I was trying to figure this whole thing out – I was so inspired by someone on facebook and their intention to try keto and I was giving recipes and stuff.  and I had been doing that a lot and it takes time – so I was totally inspired to just make a website to compile all my stuff in a shared space.  so thank Marcy!
